McINTOSH TO HOLD 2007 GOLD MEDAL DINNER
Public Invited to Experience Student Culinary Competition Team’s Skills


(Dover, NH; February 16, 2007) On Saturday, February 24th at 6:00 pm, McIntosh College will be hosting a spectacular gourmet event, when dozens of chefs from the American Culinary Federation Great Bay, New Hampshire Chapter will prepare and serve their multi-course competition meal from the New Hampshire State Culinary Competition. Fine wines and appetizers will also be featured, as well as a multi-media presentation.

The event will be held at the L’Esprit Restaurant in McIntosh College’s Atlantic Culinary Academy in Dover, New Hampshire. The Atlantic Culinary Academy is a fully-equipped industry-current professional facility which teaches the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Program. The 2007 Gold Medal Dinner is sponsored by The Atlantic Culinary Academy and McIntosh College, as well as countless Seacoast Chefs and “foodies.”
